Oncor Pays You Back
Together, you and your spouse can earn up to $2,875 each year for taking control of your health, when you enroll in an Oncor medical option. Rewards are deposited into your HSA/HRA, except for Live Well Challenge rewards, which can be added to your paycheck based on your election.
Not enrolled in medical? You can earn up to $400 through Live Well incentives applied to your paycheck.
Age 65 or older? Your incentive is paid to you through your paycheck due to Medicare rules. Even if you turn 65 during 2027, all of your incentives are applied to your paycheck.
If you want to keep your current coverage, you don’t have to do anything, unless you want to participate in an FSA or opt out of health coverage. Any changes you make take effect January 1, 2027.
You must enroll if you want to:

Through Delta Dental, you have access to one of the largest dental networks nationwide. Your dental coverage isn’t changing. Your provider networks are expanding. Your premiums are decreasing. Here’s how it works.
First, choose your coverage level during Annual Enrollment by electing either Dental Option A or Dental Option B. Then, when you’re ready for care, beginning January 1, 2027, choose which dentist to see. Your amount for care depends on which provider network your dentist is in. Here’s a look at the Delta Dental provider options:
What if your dentist is in both the PPO and Premier networks? Your visit is automatically processed at the PPO rate.
Compare your dental options below, and note that the amounts shown apply when you use a PPO or Premier dentist. If you see a non-network dentist, you may pay more out of pocket.

MetLife Vision, through the Davis Vision Network, is becoming your vision plan administrator effective January 1, 2027. You get access to the largest Texas network of providers under Davis Vision Network. Vision premiums will go down slightly. There are more places to shop.
Vision Benefit at a Glance
Prescription Safety Glasses
A limited selection of safety frames and lenses is covered at 100% when you buy from a participating provider. To get the full 100% coverage:
- Buy from a provider that offers the Davis Vision Safety Frame Collection.
- Find a participating location in the Davis Vision online provider directory.
Good to know: This benefit is separate from your regular frame allowance, so it doesn’t reduce what you have left for everyday glasses. If you buy from a provider that doesn’t carry the Safety Frame Collection, the purchase is out of network and you may pay some costs yourself.
Oncor’s Prescription Safety Eyewear Program is still available through the Eyeweb online ordering portal.
Diabetic Eye Care
A more thorough eye exam is fully covered if you have diabetes, glaucoma, or macular degeneration. If you have diabetes but not a diagnosed eye disease yet, a preventive retinal screening is covered too. Note that diabetic care services are not available at retail chains including Costco, Sam’s Club, and Walmart.
If you want a Health Care FSA or Dependent Care FSA in 2027, you must elect it during Annual Enrollment, even if you have one now. HSA contributions are set separately, Nov. 16-Dec. 21, and you can change your contributions anytime during the year.
